This luxurious, modern seafront apartment is located in a peaceful apartment complex just 30 meters from the sea, surrounded by nature, secluded coves, pebble beaches, and hiking trails. It offers a communal saltwater swimming pool (36 m2) open from May to October, with temperatures typically reaching 20-26°C. The apartment is located on the second floor and features two bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each, a modern kitchen with an induction hob, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The dining area and living room provide a cozy space with a sofa and Smart TV, while free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The apartment's furnished balcony (11 m2) offers a beautiful view of both the pool and the sea. The pool area on the ground floor is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower, and it provides direct access to the sea for comfortable swimming. A shared laundry room on the ground floor includes a washing machine, laundry capsules/detergent, and an iron for guest use.
The apartment complex is just a 1 km stroll along the seaside from the town center, a comfortable 15-minute walk. Nearby, you'll find a pebble beach with a beach bar, along with a basketball court and a beach volleyball court. Adjacent to the complex, a diving center offers lessons for beginners and guided dives for experienced divers. This center also houses one of the region's top restaurants, serving a variety of traditional Mediterranean dishes. Free private parking is provided, and each room is air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable stay.

Great Holiday in the off-season (05.2025)
Great location, wonderful sea views, beach nearby, beautiful, well-maintained pool. The apartment is exactly as in the photos. New, modern, top-quality equipment, lots of space, lots of storage, large balcony. Nothing to complain about. Towels and bed linen changed frequently.
Beautifully maintained new apartment right by the sea! (05.2025)
Fantastic new apartment with great facilities including a pool. The balcony had a direct, fantastic view of the sea. We were there to go diving and the diving school is right next door. You can also park your car safely in your own parking space, which is secured with a gate. So really just great and fulfilled and exceeded everything! ????
